As both the Team Leader and Architecture Designer, our role was central to the project's success. We were responsible for conceptualising and developing the entire AWS architecture blueprint. • Video Presentation Specialist for System Demonstration: Created an engaging video walkthrough of the AWS console and system functionalities, providing the client with a practical understanding of the infrastructure's operational aspects.

Our collaborative approach fostered an environment where each team member could contribute meaningfully, leading to a cohesive and efficient workflow.

Project Management and Tools

As the Project Manager, we coordinated all aspects of the project using effective tools and methodologies:

• Task Tracking with Jira: We utilised Jira to monitor tasks and project milestones. While Jira offered robust tracking capabilities, we recognised areas where it could be optimised for leaner project management, noting its limitations due to its proprietary nature.
• Continuous Improvement: This experience reinforced the importance of selecting tools that align with our commitment to open-source solutions and efficiency. It provided valuable insights for future projects where alternative platforms might offer better flexibility and customisation.

Emphasising Cloud Security

Security was not just a component of the project—it was a priority woven into every decision we made. Our approach to cloud security included:
